What services do you offer?
Artwork scanning, Full service fine art printing, Custom Framing, Shipping and fulfilment (dropshipping).
What is your turn around times for orders?
Everything is printed and custom framed on demand. Turn around time is 3-5 days for fine art prints and 5 - 7 days for drop shipping. Print and frame is about a 3 week turn around time.
What is your minimum order amount?
Our minimum order amount for print on demand is $30. There is no minimum order for drop-shipping customers.
Is there any discount for bulk print orders?
Yes we offer discounts on orders over 25 + prints. This is a great incentive for artists that hold their own stock for their websites, markets etc
What kind of printing do you do and what printer do you use?
We offer giclée printing for artists on museum grade, acid free fine art papers using genuine Epson Ultra-chrome Pro inks on the latest Epson P20070 printer.
What paper stock do you offer?
We hold stock of Ilford papers - cotton rag - smooth and textured and also a matte art paper. We also offer the Ilford Galerie Fine Art Canvas Galicia which is a cotton/polyester blend. If you are after a specific stock, please reach out as we can source papers to suit your needs.
Can you print my Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes, COA are free with all drop shipping shipping orders.
Can I include my own marketing material on my drop ship orders?
Yes, you can supply any marketing material you would like included in your orders like a thank you card, sticker for the packaging etc.
Can you scan and reproduce my original art?
Yes! We offer fine art scanning and reproduction of your original artwork we scan artworks up to 2m in size.
How big can I print my scanned artwork?
Generally, because we scan your art at a very high resolution you can print your work up to 4 x the size of the original artwork.
What is your artist program and are there any additional costs to be involved?
We Sell Prints promotes and sells Aussie Artist's prints through our physical store in Burleigh Heads and also our online store. There is no cost to be involved, We Sell Prints covers all production, packaging and shipping costs and the artist earns a commission on every print sale, paid monthly. Does customer care fall into your scope of services?
Artists are responsible for their own customer service but of course we are always here to help and assist with shipping and tracking enquiries etc.
For Dropshipping, what is the process from when a customer places an order on the artists website to printing with WSP?
Generally the artists we drop-ship for give us access to their website as an admin, we check for orders each day and then print and fulfil the orders. Artists can alternatively email orders to us as they make a sale. The artist is billed weekly for printing and fulfilment.
Do you have editable images of the frames you provide so that we can use these for mockups and drop our art in?
Yes, we have a photoshop file, you can purchase them on our website under the digital downloads tab.
