What file format do I need to send you?
High-res JPEG or TIFF, saved at your intended print size. If it's a scan or photo of your artwork, aim for 300 DPI at that size. Set your colour profile to Adobe RGB or sRGB for the most accurate colour. No bleed or crop marks needed — just keep your artwork within the print dimensions.
How long does printing take?
Regular online orders are printed and ready to ship within 3-5 business days. If you're ordering through our drop shipping service, please allow up to 7 days.
Can I order the same artwork in multiple sizes?
Yes — just supply your largest size and we'll scale it down for the smaller prints.
Can you add a white border to my print?
Absolutely. You can set one up in your file yourself for full control over the crop, or just ask and we'll add a standard border for you — the finished print size stays the same either way.
How do I send you my files?
Upload them through our website when you order, or email them across. If your files are too large for email, just send us a link — Google Drive works fine.
Do you offer framing?
Yes — every frame is individually crafted to order by our framer here on the Gold Coast, using premium archival materials. Our classic box frame is the most popular option, but other materials and colours are available on request.
